Product Transfers
Product transfers are often the hardest part of establishing a production line. Whether you want to maintain the leading edge, change the leading edge, flip the product or count the product, side transfer, end to end transfer, cascade the product, Dorner is known as the transfer expert. Dorner has experience transferring product in over 1200 different industries.
All of Dorner’s products are designed with smaller end pulleys to facilitate product transfers with additional options when a tighter transfer is needed.
Dorner offers 90-degree adjustable transfer kits that are pre-engineered to guide a variety of products.
Plastic chain curves in both aluminum and stainless steel frame options are available to minimize product transfers. When special transfer options need to be designed Dorner also has designed center drives, magnetic and vacuum options to assist in the product transfer operations.
