7600 ULTIMATE:
USDA ACCEPTED EQUIPMENT

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has given Dorner's 7400 Ultimate Series it's stamp of approval!

Dorner is the only company to offer a complete line of conveyors that are USDA approved for the meat and poultry processing industry!

The 7400 Ultimate Series conveyor features a modular plastic belt, along with numerous features to exceed the hygiene requirements set by the USDA for equipment use in the meat and poultry processing industry.

The USDA requirements are very stringent and difficult to obtain. When visiting customers that demand this certificate, supply
them with this copy (click on the image to print).

AUTOMATION IMPROVES PHARMACEUTICAL'S PRODUCTIVITY

Dorner Autologik, a division of Dorner Mfg., focuses on providing system solutions to customers that need more than just a conveyor. They specialize in inspection, identification, sortation and labeling/marking.

A customer that was manually processing pharmaceuticals chose Autologik to develop a pharmaceutical reprocessing system that would increase their productivity from 2,200 cases of drugs per day to 12,000 cases per shift.

The system provides over 99% sortation accuracy, state of the art RFID technology featuring "Gen 2" tags and readers, and the ability to double the sorter lane capacity for an increase in production levels within their existing space constraints.
